Hunter W. Swearingen

Hunter W. Swearingen joined KSC in 2019 as a law clerk in the Firm’s Sacramento office. Hunter joined the Hanford office in 2021 as an associate.

Hunter received his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2021 with a concentration in Capital Lawyering and graduating with distinction. While in law school, Hunter served on the Board of Directors of the McGeorge Agricultural Law Association, worked in the McGeorge Legislative and Public Policy Clinic, and clerked with KSC.

Prior to law school, Hunter graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a B.A. in Political Science. While at UC Davis, Hunter was heavily involved in organizing the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences annual Field Day FFA competition, focusing specifically the Farm Power event.

Hunter was born in Hanford, and was raised in Fresno, CA. Hunter currently resides in Hanford.
