David W. Kahn
David W. Kahn is a partner in KSC. David’s practice is concentrated in the areas of Agriculture Law, Natural Resources and Water Law, Corporate and Business Law, and Real Estate Law. He is admitted to the State Bar of California.
In 2014 David was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine.
In 2007, David earned his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, where he received a scholarship. David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon in 2004.
David’s practice is increasingly focused in the areas of agricultural and water law as he works with a growing number of water associations, water districts, irrigation districts, mutual water companies, water advocacy groups and groundwater sustainability agencies. David advises and counsels farmers, agencies and associations on all matters related to California’s Sustainable Groundwater Management Act. David also regularly assists corporate and business interests in business planning and development.
David is a Director and former Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Kings Regional Health Foundation; Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hanford Education Foundation; and an officer on the Board of Directors of the Kings Economic Development Corporation. David is also a member of the Agribusiness Committee of the Business Law Section of the State Bar; and is Past President of the Kings County Bar Association.
David and his wife Emily reside in Hanford with their three children.
