Jeremy A. McLinden

Jeremy A. McLinden joined KSC in 2023 as an associate. Prior to KSC, Jeremy took a post-bar position as a contracts specialist in the legal office of a California construction company, where he was later promoted to associate general counsel.

Jeremy received his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2021 with a concentration in Water and Environmental Law. He graduated with distinction as part of the Traynor Honor Society and as a member of McGeorge’s unique Accelerated Honors Program. During law school, Jeremy worked for the Department of Toxic Substances Control as an extern law clerk and for one of his professors as a research assistant. Before applying to law school, Jeremy worked as an environmental field technician, manufacturing process technician, and heavy equipment operator. In 2015, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs with a B.A. in Political Science.

Jeremy was born in Colorado. He currently lives in Citrus Heights, CA, with his wife and their pets. He enjoys getting outside to rock-climb, run, and bike.
